What We Do : WORSHIP
There is no greater privilege that worship. It is the central purpose of the Church. It involves loving God with our whole hearts, souls, minds, and corporate strength. It is the core of our religious experience and spiritual identity. Our worship is exclusively directed to the one, holy, triune God Almighty, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
(Exodus 9:1)
God told Moses to say this to the Egyptian Pharoah, "Let my people go, so that they may worship me."
(Nehemiah 9:6)
"You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you."
(2 Chronicles 29:28)
"The whole assembly bowed in worship , while the singers sang and the trumpeters played."
(Psalm 29:2)
"Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness."
(Romans 12:1)
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship."
